WEEK 10 STARTS AND SITS!

Let’s get into some Week 10 Starts and Sits! Hope you guys are doing well so far in your leagues, and let’s continue getting those wins! Also wanted to say thank you for 47k Followers on Instagram!

START - Jared Goff vs SEA

The Seattle Seahawks have allowed the MOST Points per Game to QBs over the course of the year, and that hasn’t changed with Jamal Adams. The Rams have had an extra week to prepare and Goff is playing at home. Could easily see him throwing for 300-400 Yards this game.

START - Carson Wentz @ NYG

The Eagles have won the last 21 of 25 games against the NYG, and now Wentz has his reinforcements on the way. Lane Johnson, Alshon Jeffrey, Dallas Goedert, Miles Sanders, and others will be all be active this game and at the disposal of Carson Wentz.

START - Antonio Gibson @ DET

The Lions have allowed the MOST Fantasy Points per Game to RBs, and the coaching staff in Washington is eager to increase Gibson’s workload as the year progresses. Don’t be surprised if this is his biggest game of the season.

START - Duke Johnson @ CLE

The moment we have all been waiting for, a Duke Johnson revenge game! That, and David Johnson was placed on IR with a concussion. Last week, Duke played a healthy 81% of snaps and topped it off with 20 Touches. He should be in for a workhorse role with little to competition for touches..

START - D.J. Chark @ GB

Last week, Chark had 14 Targets as well as a 31.6% target share. He now faces the GB Packers without Jaire Alexander. Jake Luton seemed to favor Chark heavily, and he will continue to do so especially with Laviska Shenault also out this game.

Desperate Starts

- J.D. McKissic @ DET; Alex Smith coming off that serious life-threatening injury does NOT want to be taking hits. Which is why McKissic had 14 Targets last week as an easy dump off to prevent Smith from taking such hits. That toppled with the Lions being the worst rush defense in the league makes McKissic a desperate start.

- Kyle Rudolph @ CHI

You guys have heard my rants about the Chicago Bears being awful against TEs, but in case you haven’t, they have allowed a TD to a TE in 6/8 games this season. Two of the non TD games being Ian Thomas (barely involved) and Evan Engram (who Daniel Jones didn’t even throw a TD that week). Irv Smith is also OUT this week, and considering Kirk Cousins’ 0-9 record on MNF, game script should be in his favor.

SIT - Deejay Dallas @ LAR

Both Carlos Hyde and Chris Carson have been ruled out for the 3rd week in a row. Which leaves Dallas to once again serve as the team’s “lead back”. Which is very misleading because last week Travis Homer lead the team with 48% of snaps, and even Alex Collins took a 20% chunk as well. Plus the matchup is awful as the Rams are a Top 5 team against RBs.

SIT - Devin Singletary @ ARI

Singletary has REALLY a fallen off lately. In the last two weeks, he’s been outsnapped, and outplayed by rookie RB Zack Moss. The matchup against Arizona doesn’t scare me, but the season low 5 touches (even though he’s 100% healthy) does. It’s time for Singletary to ride the bench if he wasn’t already.

SIT - Emmanuel Sanders vs SF

Other than one game in W2, Sanders has been very consistent throughout the season. A big part of that due to the absence of Michael Thomas, who I fully expect to regain his role as the every down receiver this game against SF. Plus, if Mulled plays anything like he did last week, game script won’t in the favor of Brees needing to pass the ball as much as he had.

SIT - Justin Jefferson @ CHI

After a hot start, Jefferson has really sizzled down. Since the bye, Jefferson has had two games under 10 Points has only been targeted a total of 8 times in that span. Jefferson’s big games have also only came in matchup against ATL, HOU, and TEN, who are all bottom 10 against covering WRs. While game script may be in his favor, Chicago has been tough against WRs, allowing 16.5 Fantasy Points per game (3rd best in the NFL).

SIT - Jordan Reed @ NO

Reed let down a LOT of people last week when he put up a measles 1.5 Points. In his first game back, he was out-targeted and out-snapped by fellow TE Ross Dwelley. Neither of this guys are close to Kittle, and with Aiyuk back in the lineup I just don’t feel comfortable trusting Reed in my lineups this week.

Lower Expectations

- Jakobi Meyers vs BAL; In his last three games with Newton, Meyers has averaged 10 Targets per game, 96 Yards per game, and 7 Catches per game. But he now faces either Marcus Peters and/or Marlon Humphrey, and that’s with N’Keal Harry back in the lineup as well. I don’t think Meyers disappears by any means, but do not expect a game like he had last week. Plus the fact that Cam Newton hasn’t thrown a TD pass since Week 3 lowers his ceiling significantly.

- Mark Andrews @ NO; I can’t really put Andrews in the “sit” category just because of where he was drafted and what he is capable of. But if the Patriots do one thing well it’s take away the opposing team’s best weapon. We saw Darren Waller go 2/9/0, Travis Kelce go 3/70/0, and George Kittle go 5/55/0. If you have another option, I’d go with that other option. But at the same time I’m not panicking to waivers.
